Carlo Callea knows the benefit of collaborating with others in his industry and thrives on learning the newest innovations in the field of new construction. For this reason, he is excited and honored to be a part of this year’s Homearama Show. Callea is the newest member of the Rochester Home Builder’s Association to be featured in this year’s Homearama. He also belongs to other groups in the industry, such as; Associated Builders and Contractors, and Builders Exchange. His membership and affiliation with the Associated Builders and Contractors group, afforded him the opportunity to participate in the building of a Habitat for Humanity home.
A fixture in both residential and commercial construction for over 22 years, Carlo Callea has been a resource many have come to know and trust. Callea, also a Master Electrician, by trade, owns and operates Callea Electric in conjunction with Concal, LLC. Callea enjoys working with people as they bring their dream home to life! His attention to detail and his ability to work closely with suppliers and municipalities, has made him an effective choice for today’s new construction buyer.
Paired with his sales team; The Salafia Sold Team of RE/MAX Plus, Callea delivers a standard product filled with options that consumers regularly think to be upgrades. About our Homerama Home, The PondView: 

The Pond View utilizes many of the standard features of Concal, LLC Builder. This stunning home was inspired by our popular west side neighborhood. The Pond View features well-balanced large rooms within the open floor plan, creating a pleasant traffic flow. A striking two-story entryway, with elegant lighting welcomes you. The home boasts 20ft volume ceilings in the great room, visible from the bridge. A dramatic floor to ceiling gas fireplace with a dark wood mantel is striking and sure to be a lasting impression in this home. Mounted on this decorative fixture is a 52 inch LCD TV integrated with a full surround sound experience. Careful detail was given to the placement of windows throughout the home. Atrium and large casement windows in the great room benefit from the natural light. An oversized triple sliding glass door and 5ft window in the kitchen affords a stunning view of the lagoon shaped pool. As entertainment is largely considered in the design of this home, a wet bar was a natural fit for the great room. Deep rich cherry cabinetry, elegant glass accents and granite in this room were chosen to match the kitchen surface as to create continuity throughout the first floor.
